- Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged, defaced, or show signs of excessive wear and tear.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return to ensure it arrives safely.
  • Refund and Exchange Policy:

- The following items are non-returnable unless they are defective: customized or personalized products, inflatable products that have been used, or products not in their original condition.
